Refunds

Each shirt is printed to order, which means we don't keep extras in a back room. This affects how returns work, so please read this carefully.

What we will replace or refund

  • The shirt arrives damaged. Email a photo within 14 days and we will reprint and re-ship at no cost.
  • The shirt arrives misprinted. Same — photo, 14 days, we re-do it.
  • The shirt never arrives. If tracking shows it stalled or was lost, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will reprint or refund.
  • You received the wrong size or design. Our fault, our cost — we re-do it.

What we cannot refund

  • A change of heart. Because shirts are printed on demand, we cannot resell a shirt that's already been printed for you. We do not offer returns for “doesn't suit me” or “looks different in person.”
  • Wrong size you ordered. Please consult the sizing chart on each product page before ordering. We cannot exchange a correctly-printed shirt for a different size.

Process

Email info@botsonsthoughts.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the issue (for damage / misprint cases)
  3. A brief description of what went wrong

We respond within 2 business days. Reprints typically take the same 2–5 business days as a new order.
