Shipping

Botson does not personally deliver the shirts. He is a robot butler. He has contracted this work to a print-on-demand partner with proper facilities, proper machinery, and proper opinions about cotton.

Where we ship

• Canada: all provinces and territories
• United States: all 50 states
• International: select markets — checkout will tell you if your address qualifies

Production time

Each shirt is printed when you order it. There is no warehouse of Botsons waiting for you. The production team needs 2–5 business days to print and pack your order.

Shipping time

After your shirt leaves the printing facility:

• Canada: 4–8 business days standard
• United States: 4–10 business days standard
• International: 10–20 business days standard

Total estimate, ordering to doorstep: 6–13 business days for Canada, 6–15 days for the US, longer for international.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Botson encourages you to monitor it only as much as is healthy.

If something goes wrong

It occasionally does. Lost parcels, damaged shirts, mistakes during printing. Email us within 30 days at info@botsonsthoughts.com and we will sort it out properly. (See Refund Policy for the full procedure.)
